Ryan Rosenfelt | Divisions Coordinator

Ryan Rosenfelt is a fourth-year Political Science and Art History student from Asheville, North Carolina. She has served the University of Florida in various capacities, including as a Florida Cicerone, a College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Senator, a Panhellenic Counselor, a Bob Graham Civic Scholar, as Director of Ritual Education for Alpha Delta Pi, and is a part of the Reitz Scholar Cohort for the 2022-2023 school year. Within Florida Blue Key, Ryan is a member of the Spring 2022 Tapping Class and the former Director of Gator Day. Following graduation, Ryan plans to attend law school and pursue a career in politics.


Taylor Fishman | Public Relations

Taylor Fishman is a fourth-year Telecommunications major from Weston, Florida.  She has served the University of Florida in various ways, including as Associate Producer of Public Relations for Homecoming & Gator Growl, as Vice President of Journalism and Communications Ambassadors, as Vice Chair of Marketing for Student Government Institute, as Involvement Chair for Alpha Epsilon Phi, and as Director of Marketing for Gator Nights. Within Florida Blue Key, Taylor is a member of the Fall 2021 Tapping Class and is excited to serve her second term as the Director of Public Relations. Following graduation, Taylor plans to pursue a career in digital marketing and communications.


John Brinkman | Technology

John Brinkman is a third-year Economics, Political Science, and Philosophy triple major from Jacksonville, Florida. He has taken on a variety of positions in the pursuit of public service at the University of Florida. John currently represents the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences in the Student Senate, and serves as the Chair of the Judiciary Committee, after previously serving as the Majority Party Leader. In addition to holding roles in the legislative branch of Student Government, John serves the executive branch as the Vice Chair of Finance for Chomp the Vote and holds Director positions in Gator Innovators and Internal Affairs. Following graduation, John plans to attend law school, and pursue a career in law or government.


Clayton Bush | Personnel

Clayton Bush is a third-year Family, Youth, & Community Sciences and Political Science student from Gulf Breeze, Florida. He has served the University of Florida in various capacities, including as the Director for Pride in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, Director of Philanthropy for UF’s Homecoming & Gator Growl, the Student Experience Chair for the Reitz Union Board of Managers, as Director of Marketing for GatorDays, an Assistant Director for Leadership Development & Involvement Cabinet, and is a part of Cohort 13 of the CALS Leadership Institute. Within Florida Blue Key, Clayton was a member of the second FFLP cohort, served as an Assistant Director for FFLP, and is now excited to serve as the Director of Personnel. Following graduation, Clayton plans to attend law school and pursue a career in constitutional law and public policy.


Zachary Karpinski | Florida’s Future Leadership Program

Zach Karpinski is a fourth-year Chemical Engineering major from Tallahassee, Florida. He has been involved with numerous things on campus including Florida Cicerones, Benton Engineering Council, and has served as the Vice President of Recruitment for Sigma Phi Epsilon. He loves to play and watch sports and is passionate about mentoring others. He is looking forward to serving as the Director for Florida’s Future Leadership Program and cannot wait to welcome everyone to UF this year. Go Gators!


  Caroline Labrit | Keystone Florida

Caroline Labrit is a third-year Political Science and International Studies, with a concentration in Latin America and the Caribbean, and a student from Tampa, Florida. She has served the University of Florida community in a variety of roles: as a District A Student Senator, a Captain on the Community Outreach team for Dance Marathon 2022, a Panhellenic Recruitment Counselor, the Panhellenic Delegate for her chapter, and an Assistant Director for the 2021 Homecoming Festival under Homecoming and Gator Growl. Within Florida Blue Key, Caroline was a member of Florida Future Leadership Program’s second cohort and worked two years as an Assistant Director for Keystone Florida, and is thrilled to be serving as the Director of Keystone Florida. Following graduation, she plans to pursue a career in international relations and development policy.

Martina Faber | Keystone Florida

Martina Faber is a fourth-year Political Science and Economics student (minoring in Spanish) from West Palm Beach, Florida. She has served the University of Florida in various ways, including as the Director of Professional Networking and Development for Phi Alpha Delta, the Education Chair for Global Legal Empowerment Brigades, a writer for Florida Political Review,  an Assistant Director for Leadership Development & Involvement Cabinet, an apprentice for Student Legal Services, and a research fellow in the Political Science Department. Within Florida Blue Key, Martina was previously the Assistant Director of Keystone Florida, and is excited to now be serving as the Director of Keystone Florida. Following graduation, Martina plans to attend law school and pursue a career in international law.

Alana Grasso | Health Professions Day

Alana Grasso is a third-year Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience major (minoring in Statistics) from Stuart, Florida. Along with serving as this year’s Health Professions Day Director, Alana is a Florida Cicerone, Director of Capes for Kids for UF Dream Team, member of Phi Beta Kappa honor society, and research assistant for a pediatric asthma management study in the College of Public Health and Health Professions. Additionally, Alana is a member and mentor to two undergraduate students within the University Research Scholars Program, a subdivision of the University Honors Program. Alana is looking forward to working in collaboration with STEM Professions Day to put on an amazing event this year. Following graduation, Alana plans on attending medical school to become a pediatric physician.

Joshua Zalkan | STEM Professions Day

Joshua is a third-year Information Systems major from Jacksonville, Florida, and is in the Combined Degree MS-ISOM program where he is specializing in Data Science. In addition to being the Director of STEM Professions Day, he currently serves as the Treasurer for Kappa Sigma and the Chancellor of the Student Honor Code Administration. Joshua plans to pursue a career as a Data Scientist upon graduation.

Alexis Castillo | Legal Professions Day

Alexis Castillo is a third-year Marketing and Economics dual degree major on the Pre-Law track from Tampa, Florida. This year she is serving as the Florida Blue Key’s Legal Professions Day  Director. In addition to this position, she has served in various organizations and held multiple positions. She is an active member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority in which she assists with Student Government voting processes. She has served as the Merchandise Assistant Director for both UF Homecoming & Gator Growl as well as Strike Magazine GNV. To complement these leadership abilities, she was an active Florida Leadership Academy mentee and Recruitment and A&I Committee member helping recruit the top 100 sophomores in the Warrington College of Business. Aside from her passion in business, she also competes with the Pre-Legal Honor Society mock trial team every semester and continues to work as a Marketing Director for Martinez Law, P.A., a Tampa real estate law firm throughout the year. She has also served as a Panhellenic Recruitment Counselor. After graduation, she is planning on attending law school to learn more about trial law.

Dalton Judge | Miss UF Pageant

Dalton Judge is a third-year Construction Management student from Sarasota, Florida. In addition to being the Miss University of Florida Pageant Director, she is currently the recruitment Computer Chair and Homecoming Delegate for Kappa Delta Sorority. Within Kappa Delta, she was also the Vice President of Standards for her chapter. She was an Emerging Leader and Captain for Dance Marathon, a Director of Support for the Gator Party Campaign, a member of Florida’s Future Leadership Program inaugural class, and was an Assistant Director for the Miss UF 2022 Pageant. Additionally, Dalton was the Director for the Miss UF pageant in 2021, but due to COVID was not able to put on the event, and wanted the opportunity to do so this year.

Sean Harkins | Gator Day

Sean Harkins is a third-year Political Science and Economics major from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. In addition to becoming the 2023 Gator Day Director, he has taken on a variety of positions to serve the University of Florida. Sean is currently the Director of Congress for the Florida Blue Key Speech and Debate Tournament, one of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Senators, the Vice Chair of the Judiciary Committee for Student Senate and Assistant Director of Productions for the ACCENT Speakers Bureau. Following graduation, Sean plans to attend law school and pursue a career in law.
